If you tap your background once, then the photo automatically changes to Bing suggested photos. There aren’t much features to especially talk about except for the Wallpaper feature. The review is based on my 3 month usage of it. Anyway, MS launcher is similar with these types of lauchers. There are many types of ‘launchers’ out there and for example, there is the launcher named “nova launcher”. Using this kind of open system, the ‘launchers’ can edit and customize your home screen.
